DARKBET is an anti-scam educational game. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect / 我们不收集的数据
- Real names, email addresses, phone numbers / 真实姓名、邮箱、电话号码
- Location data / 位置数据
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs / 设备标识符或广告ID
- Payment or financial information / 支付或财务信息
- Contacts, photos, or other personal files / 通讯录、照片或其他个人文件
3. Data Stored Locally / 本地存储的数据
All game progress is stored locally on your device only:
- Game state (day, stats, decisions, achievements) / 游戏状态
- Save slots (up to 5) / 存档（最多5个）
- NPC conversation history / NPC对话历史
- User preferences (language, display settings) / 用户偏好设置
This data never leaves your device unless you use the AI dialogue feature.
除AI对话功能外，这些数据不会离开你的设备。
4. AI Dialogue Feature / AI对话功能
When you chat with NPC characters, the following data is sent to our secure proxy server:
- Your chat message (max 500 characters) / 你的聊天消息（最多500字）
- NPC character ID / NPC角色ID
- Game state context (day, rank, trust level — no personal info) / 游戏状态上下文
This data is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate NPC responses. We do not store, log, or retain any conversation data on our servers. All processing is stateless and ephemeral.

Security / 安全性
- All API traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3) / 所有API传输通过HTTPS加密
- Rate limiting: 10 requests per minute / 请求限速
- Content filtering and input validation / 内容过滤和输入验证
- No user-identifiable headers or cookies / 无用户身份标识
5. Third-Party Services / 第三方服务
We use Anthropic's API for NPC dialogue generation. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed by their service. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.

6. Children / 儿童
DARKBET is rated 17+ and is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Your Rights / 你的权利
- Delete all data: Use Settings → Reset All Progress in the app, or visit our account deletion page.
- Opt out of AI: Simply don't use the NPC chat feature. Pre-written fallback dialogue is always available.
- Export data: Game data is stored in standard local storage and can be cleared through your device settings.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
